VSC - POSCO Steel Corporation (VPS), having its Head Office in Hai Phong city of Vietnam, is a joint venture between Vietnam Steel Corporation (VSC) - the driver of the Vietnamese steel industry and POSCO of Korea - one of the biggest steel makers in the world.

Established since January 1994 with total investment capital of over USD 56 million as one of the first few enterprises in Vietnam in the field of construction steel making, we have so far supplied millions tons of excellent quality products to a series of major projects nationwide.

With the motto: “ All action towards quality and customers’ satisfaction”, we have constantly striven to improve our product quality and services. Toward this goal, we obtained ISO 9002 certification in July 1999. 
and then changed our quality certification to ISO 9001-2000 in April 2004 to upgrade the quality management system. VPS is the first steel maker in Vietnam with the Laboratory accredited with Certificate of VILAS ISO/IEC 17025.

VPS is ever the winner of the most precious awards reserved for products with assured quality in Vietnam such as Vietnam Quality Gold Award in 1999, Gold Medal at Vietnam Industrial Trade Fair in 2000, Vietnam Quality Award 2005, Vietnamese High Quality Products Title selected by domestic consumers from 2002 to 2007.
